About Us

Capacity Commons is a one-stop shop for social sector agencies to learn about skills-based volunteerism and pro bono, understand how pro bono resources can strengthen their organizations, obtain skilled volunteer support for priority projects and receive guidance on how to maximize the immediate and long-term impact of their pro bono engagements.

This project was supported by the Charles Schwab Foundation and spearheaded by Common Impact, a national leader in skills-based volunteerism and corporate pro bono.

The Commons is brought to you by a collaborative of organizations invested in preparing the social sector to engage in and benefit from skills-based volunteering. Contributing and advising partners are listed below.

This website was made possible by the generous and expert contributions of ZENxd and WebMocha, our design and development partners. We are excited that a site dedicated to the mission of skills-based volunteerism was created, in part, thanks to pro bono technical expertise.
